GROUNDSKEEPER
Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and self-motivated individual to fill our temp to hire groundskeeper position.
Your responsibilities are to included:
Clean and maintain common grounds & exterior areas of the apartment community
Assure high quality of curb appeal
Must be able to climb stairs and ladder
Use various tools and equipment
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Apartment Industry Experience 1yr or more
Ability to lift or carry at least 50 pounds
Must be a team player with positive attitude
Must have a strong work ethic
Pass a criminal background check
Work in every weather condition
Bilingual English and Spanish Plus, English a Must

Most Memorable Helping Hand Moment: I will never forget my time volunteering at an Orphanage in Nicaragua. Being able to connect with the children there and seeing how optimistic and positive their outlook was on life despite all the hardships and tribulations they had to endure so early on truly impacted me on so many different levels. The biggest reward in life truly is being able to serve others in need when they most need it.
