HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHS
Job Description
Our property management companies in the Sarasota/Bradenton areas are seeking experienced HVAC Maintenance Technicians who are knowledgeable in getting apartments ready for rental. Are you a certified HVAC Tech that is professional, fast and reliable with experience doing rehab work? Then we want to talk to you, apply today!
Our Ideal Candidates has:
* HVAC or EPA Certification
* Experience turning apartments
* Renovation experience a huge plus
Must also have experience in:
*Carpentry
*Electrical
*Painting
*Plumbing
*Appliance Repair
*Punch out lists -- work orders (must have your own tools)
Job Requirements
HVAC certification or Universal Certification A MUST
Experience in maintenance, construction, HVAC, electrical & plumbing
1-2 years in the Apartment Industry
Ability to work Temp Assignments that would potentially turn to Perm positions
Must Pass a Nation Criminal Background Check

Prior to HH Staffing, I spent over 15 years working with one of the largest banks in the U.S. as a branch manager, service manager, and customer relations manager. When not working, I cherish spending time with my husband of 14 years and my four-legged child, Dodger.
During my spare time, I would prefer to be on a cruise ship or traveling. I also enjoy painting, boating with friends, spending time with my family, and volunteering at local animal shelters.
