Ensuring property tour route conditions are impeccable for showings of vacant apartments.
Ensuring our marketing materials are.competitive and up to date
Using management software to enter information and pull various reports
conducting.competition studies, assist with business outreach marketing, resident functions, and other promotional programs
Promoting positive relationships with residents through an on-going resident retention program
Additional projects and/or duties as assigned by Supervisors
Ability to work well independently as well as within a team setting
Must be able to pass a national criminal background check
1-2 years' experience in a the multi-family housing industry
Must have own reliable transportation
