Leasing Coordinator
Job Description
Locations:
- Winter Haven, FL
- Lakeland, FL
Pay: $18-$20/hr (based on experience/size of property, & duration of the assignment)
Experience: Minimum 6 months of related experience. Tax credit experience is a plus!
Education: High school diploma or GED
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift (With the ability to work rotating weekends as needed)

Job Description:
- Answer phones
- Show and walk units
- Answer inquiries from tenants
- Maintain office items
- Schedule and call in work orders
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Must have own reliable transportation
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Law
- Software knowledge such as Yardi
- Effective team player
- Strong communication skills
