Position: Property Manager
Location: Tampa, FL
Pay: $39/hour
Experience: Property management experience (leasing, maintenance coordination, resident relations).
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Property Management Certification preferred.
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
HH Staffing is seeking a Property Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Oversee daily operations of residential properties.
- Manage tenant relations, including lease agreements and dispute resolution.
- Supervise property maintenance and repair schedules.
- Handle financial tasks, including rent collection and expense management.
- Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations.
- Lead a team of leasing and maintenance professionals.
- Communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and property owners.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, Entrata, AppFolio, or RealPage).
- Budget management and financial reporting skills.
- Customer service experience in tenant interactions.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Financial management (rent collection, budgeting, and reporting).
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and local property regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
