We are hiring for our clients, qualified Maintenance Techs for management companies. Must be experienced technicians who have knowledge on turning apartments to get ready for new move-ins. We need Technicians to start IMMEDIATELY!
Candidates MUST have:
* Experience in the apartment industry
* Renovation experience a huge plus
Have experience in:
*Carpentry
*Electrical
*Painting
*Plumbing
*Appliance Repair
*Punch out lists - work orders
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS
$12.00 an hour
