Responsibilities for Property Accountants include:
" Monthly financial statement preparation
" Monthly/Quarterly/Annual schedule preparation
" Monthly owners funding/distribution request
" Monthly mortgage wires/ACH's
" Bank reconciliations
" Strong account analysis
" Assist with annual audits
Candidate should possess strong problem solving and organizational skills, ability to multi task and work independently in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines; attention to detail a must. Have the ability to interact in a professional manner with different levels of management, & clients, while providing superior customer service. Experienced in handling multi-entities highly preferred. These are ongoing opportunities!
3-5+ years' experience with residential or commercial property accounting
Industry software experience (MRI/Real Page/Yardi/TOPS/Excel)
