Field Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Position: Field Maintenance Technician
Location: Atlanta, GA
Pay: $28/hour
Experience:
- 3+ years of maintenance experience.
- HVAC and Fair Housing Certification (preferred).
Type: Full-time; Temp to Perm!
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm (ability to work OT, holidays, and weekends as needed)
HH Staffing is seeking a Field Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Assist in all aspects of property maintenance, including preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency repairs.
- Work closely with the local property management team under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager.
- Respond to resident complaints and maintenance requests with kindness, understanding, and empathy.
- Handle punch lists and resolve additional deficiencies in occupied properties.
- Address post-occupancy repairs, renovations, and maintenance concerns.
- Complete work orders and track key metrics.
- Report any potentially unsafe conditions to management.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of various construction repairs and renovations.
- HVAC, plumbing, and electrical experience (preferred).
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Own a set of basic handyman tools.
