HH Staffing is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Assist with leasing activities, including showing units to prospective tenants, handling lease agreements, renewals and ensuring tenant satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints
• Collect rent payments, process late fees and maintaining accurate financial records
• Coordinate and schedule repairs and maintenance requests with the maintenance staff or outside contractors, ensuring that the property remains in good condition and meets safety and regulatory standards
• Conduct routine property inspections to ensure units and common areas are well-maintained
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers and contractors for services such as landscaping, cleaning and repair work
• Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants, promoting available units and maintaining high occupancy rates
• Handle various administrative tasks such as preparing notices, maintaining records and managing tenant files
• Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs, including processing security deposits, conducting move-out inspections and ensuring units are ready for new tenants

• Strong customer service skills are essential, as you’ll be dealing with tenants and vendors regularly
• Experience with Yardi required
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential for handling reports, communication, and financial records
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for interacting with tenants, vendors, and property owners
