Pay: $23 to $24/hour (Based on experience & size of property)
Experience: Previous HVAC and apartment industry experience
Education: HVAC certification (Preferred)
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Day Shift

Job Description:
- Install, repair, and conduct maintenance on equipment like furnaces that require constant care
- Keep work areas neat and clean
Job Requirements
- EPA & Plumbing certifications are a plus
- Must provide own tools for HVAC
- Must have own reliable transportation
- Strong time management skills and must be reliable
