Job Description
Position: Concierge
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Pay: $20/hour
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Weekends, Overnights
HH Staffing is seeking a Concierge to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Greet and assist residents and guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Facilitate move-ins and move-outs.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance requests, following up to ensure completion.
- Update and distribute community newsletters, announcements, and event calendars.
- Plan and organize community events and activities to foster a sense of community.
- Assist in emergency response procedures and stay knowledgeable about safety protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
