Pay: $22- $23/hour (Based on experience and size of property)
Experience: Previous HVAC and apartment industry experience
Education: HVAC certification (Required)
Type: Full-time; Temporary
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Description
- Perform general repairs/maintenance, punches within the apartments
- Prepare units for rental
- Cleans grounds and perform tasks assigned to meet property standards
- Must have your own tools
- Must have own reliable transportation
