HVAC TECHNICIAN
Job Description
Our client property management companies in Brandon, Florida are seeking experienced HVAC Maintenance Technicians who are knowledgeable in getting apartments ready for rental. Are you a certified HVAC Tech that is professional, fast and reliable with experience doing rehab work? Then we want to talk to you, apply today! Pay rates start at $22.00-$25.00 per hour.
Our Ideal Candidates has:
* Experience turning apartments
* Renovation experience a huge plus
Must also have experience in:
*Carpentry
*Electrical
*Painting
*Plumbing
*Appliance Repair
*Punch out lists -- work orders
To be consider for this position, you must have your own tools.
Job Requirements
* Must have experience in the apartment industry
*Must be able to pass a National Criminal background investigation
*Pass our skill assessments on General Maintenance and Safety
*Have your OWN TRANSPORTATION and it must be RELIABLE
*Have steady work history and excellent references
*MUST BE WILLING TO START AT TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENTS
