Position: Leasing Agent
Locations: Sarasota, FL
Pay: $19 to $22/hour (Depending on experience)
Experience: 1 year of experience in leasing is preferred.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Type: Full-time; Temporary*
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Weekends as needed)
HH Staffing is seeking a Leasing Agent to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Welcome & Tour: Greet prospective residents with enthusiasm, provide property tours, and highlight the features of our available units and community amenities.
- Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Leasing Process: Assist applicants by verifying documents, running background checks, and collecting necessary fees.
- Leasing Goals: Achieve or exceed leasing targets by following up with leads and nurturing strong relationships with potential tenants.
- Resident Support: Address resident questions and concerns with professionalism and care, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Team Liaison: Act as a bridge between residents and the property management team for maintenance requests or policy updates.
- Administrative Excellence: Maintain detailed and accurate records of leasing activity, applications, and correspondence in the property management system.
- Documentation: Prepare and process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in/move-out paperwork efficiently.
- Market Insight: Stay ahead of the game by conducting market research on competitive properties and industry trends.
Job Requirements
- Bilingual abilities are a bonus!
- Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi and OneSite.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and leasing regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
