Position: Leasing Agent
Locations:
- Bradenton, FL
- Sarasota, FL
Pay: $18 to $20/hour
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in apartment, condo, commercial industry or possess strong customer service
Type: Full-time; Temporary*
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (weekends as needed)
HH Staffing is seeking a Leasing Agent to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Process applicants and leasing available apartments to ensure the highest occupancy at all times
- Draw up legal documentation for new leases
- Enter and manage service requests into computer software
- Renew existing leases and staying aware of all current and new Fair Housing laws and regulations
- Ensuring property tour route conditions are impeccable for showings of vacant apartments
- Ensure marketing materials are competitive and up to date
- Use management software to enter information and pull various reports
- Conduct competition studies, assist with business outreach marketing, resident functions and other promotional programs
- Promote positive relationships with residents through an on-going resident retention program
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills including strong sales abilities with an outgoing personality
- Ability to work well independently as well as within a team setting
- Must be able to pass a national criminal background check
- Must have own reliable transportation
