Position: Leasing Consultant
Location: Gainsville, FL
Pay: $21/hour
Experience: Proven experience in leasing or property management
Type: Full-time; Temporary
Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
HH Staffing is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Conduct property tours and assist prospective residents with inquiries
- Process lease applications and agreements accurately and efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date and organized records
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants
- Collaborate with the property management team to meet leasing goals
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in OneSite Property Management software (required)
- Strong sales abilities and goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude
- Dependable and adaptable to team needs
