Job Description
Position: Leasing Consultant
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Pay: Up to $22/hour (depending on experience)
Experience: Prior leasing experience; customer service or sales experience.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Type: Full-time; Temporary
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, Day Shift
HH Staffing is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents.
- Provide property tours and leasing information.
- Assist with lease applications, background checks, and document verification.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Maintain leasing records and assist with administrative tasks.
- Ensure property and leasing office are clean and organized.
Job Requirements
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with property management software (Yardi, OneSite) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and leasing regulations preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
