* Experience in the apartment industry
* Renovation experience a huge plus
Have experience in:
*Carpentry
*Electrical
*Painting
*Plumbing
*Appliance Repair
*Punch out lists - work orders
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS
Job Requirements
*Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
*Pass our skill assessments on General Maintenance and Safety
*1 year experience in apartment maintenance
*Have your OWN TRANSPORTATION.
* We are looking for RELIABLE people only!
*Have steady work history and 2 excellent references
*Be willing to work a temporary assignment
