Job Description
We are hiring qualified Maintenance Techs for our management companies. Need to have knowledge in the apartment industry & turning units. Must have experience in light electrical, plumbing, and Carpentry. HVAC Certification is a plus! These are ongoing opportunities
Candidates MUST have:
* Experience in the apartment industry
* Renovation experience a huge plus
*Carpentry
*Electrical
*Painting
*Plumbing
*Appliance Repair
*Punch out lists - work orders
Job Requirements
Need 1+ years of maintenance or handyman experience in the apartment industry or construction field
Must have your own tools and reliable transportation
Must Pass National Criminal Background Check
Ability to work temp assignments that could potentially turn into permanent positions

Prior to HH Staffing, I spent over 15 years working with one of the largest banks in the U.S. as a branch manager, service manager, and customer relations manager. When not working, I cherish spending time with my husband of 14 years and my four-legged child, Dodger.
During my spare time, I would prefer to be on a cruise ship or traveling. I also enjoy painting, boating with friends, spending time with my family, and volunteering at local animal shelters.
