Job Description
We are hiring for our clients qualified Maintenance Techs for management companies. Must need to be experienced technicians who have knowledge on turning apartments to get ready for new move ins. We need Technicians to start IMMEDIATELY
Candidates MUST have:
* Experience in the apartment industry
* Renovation experience a huge plus
Have experience in:
*Carpentry
*Electrical
*Painting
*Plumbing
*Appliance Repair
*Punch out lists - work orders
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS
Ongoing opportunity
Job Requirements
* Must have EXPERIENCE also must have great personality, dealing with people is part of the job.
*Must be able to pass a National criminal background investigation
*Pass our skill assessments on General Maintenance and Safety
*Have your OWN TRANSPORTATION.
* We are looking for RELIABLE people only!
*Have steady work history and 2 excellent references
*Be willing to work a temporary assignment
