Job Description
Position: Maintenance Specialist
Location: Tampa, FL
Pay: $26 to $29/hour (Depending on experience)
Experience:
- Previous commercial maintenance and customer service experience.
- Commercial real estate experience (office, retail or industrial buildings, hotel or hospital; any high-rise office)
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Day Shift, 8am to 5pm
HH Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Perform routine maintenance around the building, including repairing structural damage.
- Repair broken or leaking plumbing to prevent water damage.
- Maintain HVAC equipment.
- Repair damaged electrical wiring.
- Apply preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Strong team player.
- EPA license preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, roofing, and life safety systems.
