On-Call Concierge
Job Description
Position: Concierge
Location: Atlanta, GA
Pay: $20/hour
Experience: Previous customer service or related experience
Type: Full-time; Temp to hire!
Schedule: Rotating Shifts, 7am - 3 pm, 3pm –11pm, or 11pm-7am
HH Staffing is seeking a Concierge to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Greet and assist guests in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Confirm guest reservations.
- Process payments efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Stay informed about company-specific assets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Familiarity with Yardi software.
- Excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
- Provide coverage in the event of staff absences.
- Uphold high ethical standards and professionalism.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
