Position: Overnight Concierge Professional
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Pay: $20/hour
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management
Education:
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Night Shift
HH Staffing is seeking an Overnight Concierge Professional to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Greet and assist residents and guests with inquiries, requests and concerns
- Provide information about community amenities, local services and events
- Coordinate logistics and documentation for move-ins and move-outs
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring organization and presentation
- Handle phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Log and manage incoming and outgoing packages, deliveries and mail
- Schedule and follow up on maintenance requests to ensure timely completion
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and record-keeping
- Plan and promote community events, fostering resident participation
- Monitor building access and report security concerns as needed
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Professional appearance and demeanor
